I am a Bachelor of Elementary Education graduate with a minor in Elementary School Health & Physical Education from Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta.
I had the pleasure of growing up in a small town nestled in the Columbia Valley among the beautiful Rocky Mountains. With this outdoor playground in my backyard I have had the opportunity to participate in many outdoor experiences and activities, igniting my passion for adventure and the outdoors. Some of my outdoor pastimes include snowboarding, hiking, camping and swimming. A few of my other interests involve yoga, reading good books, and spending time with friends and family. here at BCCIS. Although I was raised in Canada, my parents come from Egypt. I look forward to teaching in the country where my roots began.
